FlowFusion Media strives to provide high-quality and timely services. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of all services at all times. Our team will work with you to schedule projects, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and cooperate with us during the project. You are responsible for supplying us with all necessary materials, content, and access needed to complete the work. Failure to provide such information or access in a timely manner may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

The payment structure for our services will be defined in individual agreements. Payment for services may be requested in installments or upfront based on the scope of the project. All payments are due according to the payment terms specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are only applicable in the event that FlowFusion Media fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within a reasonable time frame or as specified in the agreement. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for services, intellectual property rights for the deliverables (e.g., websites, designs, videos) will transfer to the client. FlowFusion Media retains the right to showcase any work completed for clients in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The use of any content from the FlowFusion Media website, including text, logos, images, and design elements, is prohibited without explicit permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and not disclose it to third parties, except as necessary to complete the services. This includes any proprietary information, business practices, or any information deemed confidential.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlowFusion Media will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use the website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from loss of data, profits, or any other issues related to the use of our website or services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice. In the case of termination by the client, payment for work completed up to that point will be required. FlowFusion Media reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client violates any terms outlined in the agreement or engages in inappropriate behavior.

FlowFusion Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. It is the responsibility of the user to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any legal action or dispute related to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
